構筑數字賦能的產業體系——從發展趨勢到實現路徑
此次會(hui)議由住(zhu)房和(he)(he)城鄉建(jian)(jian)設部科(ke)技與(yu)產業化(hua)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)中心主辦(ban),北京市(shi)住(zhu)房和(he)(he)城鄉建(jian)(jian)設科(ke)技促進中心、山東省青島(dao)市(shi)住(zhu)房和(he)(he)城鄉建(jian)(jian)設局(ju)、江西省南昌縣人民政府(fu)協辦(ban),三一(yi)筑(zhu)(zhu)工承(cheng)辦(ban)。會(hui)議期(qi)間,與(yu)會(hui)嘉(jia)賓研討智能(neng)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)趨勢,展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示數字技術創(chuang)新成(cheng)果(guo),分(fen)享建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工業化(hua)實踐經驗,為(wei)加快智能(neng)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)與(yu)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工業化(hua)協同(tong)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)助(zhu)力。
與會嘉賓(bin)認為,發展智(zhi)能(neng)建造是(shi)住房和城鄉建設領域深入學習貫徹黨的二十(shi)大(da)精(jing)神,以科(ke)技賦能(neng)建筑(zhu)業(ye)工業(ye)化、數字(zi)化、綠色化轉型的重(zhong)要舉措(cuo),有利于(yu)推(tui)動(dong)工程項目提品質、降成本(ben),建設群眾滿意的好(hao)房子(zi)。
中國工程院院士肖緒文認為,面對新(xin)時期(qi)、新(xin)形勢、新(xin)任務,建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業(ye)要(yao)實現高質(zhi)(zhi)量發展(zhan),必須從“四化(hua)(hua)”著(zhu)手實現新(xin)突破,即(ji)綠色(se)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造是(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)產(chan)業(ye)實現高質(zhi)(zhi)量發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)基本要(yao)求,數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造和精益化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造是(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)產(chan)業(ye)實現高質(zhi)(zhi)量發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)有效方法,國際化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造是(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)產(chan)業(ye)實現高質(zhi)(zhi)量發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)途徑。建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業(ye)轉型升(sheng)級(ji)一定要(yao)以綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造為目標,通過智能建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造與精益建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造深度融合,構建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業(ye)高質(zhi)(zhi)量發展(zhan)新(xin)格(ge)局。
三(san)一集團(tuan)副總(zong)經(jing)(jing)理、三(san)一筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)總(zong)經(jing)(jing)理程偉華表示,未來的大眾化建筑(zhu)一定是裝(zhuang)配(pei)式(shi)建筑(zhu),而裝(zhuang)配(pei)式(shi)建筑(zhu)必須依托智能建造(zao)與(yu)建筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業化協同(tong)發(fa)展(zhan)。住房(fang)和城鄉建設(she)部黨組(zu)書記、部長倪虹(hong)在中國電動(dong)(dong)汽車百人會論壇上指出,要(yao)像(xiang)造(zao)汽車一樣造(zao)房(fang)子,表明了(le)智能建造(zao)與(yu)建筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業化協同(tong)發(fa)展(zhan)是建筑(zhu)業高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)的方向。三(san)一筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)深信,這(zhe)將成為推(tui)動(dong)(dong)建筑(zhu)業轉型升級、實現可(ke)持(chi)續發(fa)展(zhan)的關鍵因素。
中建(jian)(jian)科技集(ji)團(tuan)副總經(jing)理(li)、總建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)師樊則森認為(wei),建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業的(de)上(shang)游是(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業,智能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)發(fa)展迅(xun)速,建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業要承(cheng)接(jie)上(shang)游制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業的(de)產(chan)品、建(jian)(jian)材,就必(bi)須(xu)要有智能(neng)化(hua)的(de)工(gong)具(ju)(ju),它(ta)既要與上(shang)游的(de)工(gong)業化(hua)融合(he),又必(bi)須(xu)要與數字化(hua)的(de)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)融合(he)。智能(neng)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)的(de)落腳點是(shi)在新的(de)歷史時點,以工(gong)業化(hua)、信息(xi)化(hua)和綠(lv)色(se)化(hua)“三化(hua)合(he)一”的(de)新型建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)方式(shi),推進產(chan)業變革,踐行(xing)綠(lv)色(se)發(fa)展,將建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)產(chan)業的(de)高質(zhi)量發(fa)展落到(dao)實處,建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)好(hao)房子,滿足(zu)百姓對美(mei)好(hao)生活的(de)期待(dai)。
長江商(shang)學院終身教(jiao)授、南加州大學終身教(jiao)授孫(sun)天澍表示,建(jian)(jian)筑產業(ye)數(shu)(shu)智化轉型(xing)的(de)(de)未來,體現在三(san)個方面,一(yi)是(shi)智能(neng)化,當前(qian)GPT(生(sheng)成式預訓練Transformer模型(xing))正推動全球產業(ye)升(sheng)級;二是(shi)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化,需要(yao)很強的(de)(de)頂層設計,數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化轉型(xing)要(yao)完成從(cong)業(ye)務到數(shu)(shu)據(ju)、以數(shu)(shu)據(ju)驅動業(ye)務的(de)(de)正循(xun)環,重(zhong)塑(su)建(jian)(jian)筑業(ye)場景;三(san)是(shi)平臺化,制造+服務+社(she)群+生(sheng)態的(de)(de)演(yan)變,讓企業(ye)逐(zhu)漸變成數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)企業(ye)。
廣東博(bo)智林機器(qi)人(ren)有(you)限公(gong)司黨委書(shu)記、總裁王(wang)克(ke)成(cheng)認為,建(jian)筑機器(qi)人(ren)將(jiang)從安全(quan)、效率、質量、節能(neng)減排和用工五(wu)方(fang)面為建(jian)筑業帶(dai)來改變。機器(qi)人(ren)的(de)應用,既能(neng)改變建(jian)筑業數字化、自動化程度(du)較低的(de)現狀,同時也能(neng)在(zai)帶(dai)動年輕人(ren)就業上發揮積極作用。
蘇州柯利達裝飾(shi)股(gu)份有限公(gong)司科技副(fu)(fu)總(zong)經理(li)劉長(chang)春和浙江(jiang)亞廈(sha)裝飾(shi)股(gu)份有限公(gong)司副(fu)(fu)總(zong)經理(li)周(zhou)東珊以實際工(gong)程項目案例證明,智能建造在裝配式裝修方面的應用(yong)前景(jing)非(fei)常廣闊。
在(zai)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建造(zao)實現路徑上,與會(hui)嘉賓達(da)成共識:要實現智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建造(zao),促進數字(zi)化(hua)、工業化(hua)、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)在(zai)工程建造(zao)領域的深度(du)融合,是建筑業轉型升(sheng)級(ji)的必由之路。
肖緒(xu)文認為(wei)(wei),數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)帶來(lai)了建(jian)(jian)筑產(chan)業形態(tai)的(de)“四個轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)”:由(you)零(ling)和(he)競爭的(de)邏輯轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)協同共(gong)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)邏輯;由(you)低效(xiao)、高(gao)(gao)強、高(gao)(gao)危(wei)、高(gao)(gao)精度(du)崗位(wei)實(shi)(shi)現崗位(wei)替代、崗位(wei)升(sheng)級,新崗位(wei)出現;由(you)設(she)(she)計院+施工(gong)單位(wei)+全過(guo)程(cheng)咨詢轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)數(shu)字(zi)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)與(yu)實(shi)(shi)體(ti)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)集于(yu)一(yi)身的(de)服務商;從多(duo)層級的(de)企(qi)業組織結構(gou)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)扁平(ping)型(xing)的(de)組織結構(gou)形態(tai)。“四個轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)”決定(ding)了數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)各參與(yu)方必須在同一(yi)平(ping)臺共(gong)同協作(zuo),實(shi)(shi)現高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)協同,打造(zao)(zao)數(shu)字(zi)孿生(sheng)(sheng)系統,先“虛(xu)擬建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)”,再完成“實(shi)(shi)體(ti)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)”。數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)要注重實(shi)(shi)效(xiao),一(yi)是加快(kuai)工(gong)程(cheng)項目管理體(ti)制、機(ji)(ji)制變(bian)(bian)革,大力發展工(gong)程(cheng)總承包;二(er)是創建(jian)(jian)自主知識產(chan)權的(de)計算(suan)機(ji)(ji)底層支撐(cheng)和(he)圖形系統;三(san)是加快(kuai)創建(jian)(jian)工(gong)程(cheng)項目智能建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)的(de)信息流(liu)、物(wu)資流(liu)、資金流(liu)和(he)各種資源的(de)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)管控、運行的(de)系統化(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)平(ping)臺(EIM平(ping)臺);四是加速機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人的(de)研發應用;五是高(gao)(gao)度(du)重視(shi)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao);六是注重頂層設(she)(she)計。
程偉華表(biao)示,發(fa)展(zhan)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)建造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)要向(xiang)制造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)業(ye)“取經”,智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)今天就是智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)建造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)未來。中國機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)產業(ye)聯(lian)盟執行理事長兼秘書(shu)長宋曉剛高度贊同程偉華的(de)觀點,并表(biao)示無論是智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)建造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)還是建筑工業(ye)化(hua),機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)都(dou)是核心的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)裝備(bei)。目前,我國工業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)產業(ye)已初步形成本體(ti)、零(ling)部件和集成應用較(jiao)為完整(zheng)的(de)產業(ye)鏈,但與國際先進水(shui)平相比(bi),存在(zai)明顯的(de)短(duan)板、弱項及“卡(ka)脖(bo)子”風(feng)險,我國工業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)在(zai)全球(qiu)市場競爭(zheng)中處于中低端,協(xie)同創新是加快機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)產業(ye)邁向(xiang)高質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)重要舉措。
樊則森認為(wei),發展智能(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)應(ying)該對標先進制造(zao)業(ye),樹立產(chan)品思維;摒(bing)棄(qi)單打(da)獨斗,堅持系(xi)統整合;以工(gong)業(ye)化為(wei)基(ji)礎、信(xin)息化為(wei)手段、綠色(se)化為(wei)目標,以三(san)化融合的新(xin)型建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)方(fang)式(shi)推(tui)進產(chan)業(ye)變革。中建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)科(ke)技(ji)將(jiang)通過打(da)造(zao)智能(neng)裝配建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑生(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地(di),加快轉化實(shi)驗室科(ke)研成果,實(shi)現“像造(zao)汽車一樣造(zao)房子(zi)”。智能(neng)裝配建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑生(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地(di)像汽車生(sheng)產(chan)車間一樣,100%機器人(ren)作業(ye),成為(wei)綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑的“黑燈工(gong)廠”,工(gong)人(ren)干活會更輕松,效率將(jiang)提升近3倍(bei),生(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地(di)也是培(pei)養高技(ji)能(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑產(chan)業(ye)工(gong)人(ren)的學校(xiao)。
